Manitoba Institute of Child Health, University of Manitoba Brodie Centre. 42,000 Square Foot Renovation to Include New Laboratories and Clinical Space Dedicated Exclusively to Pediatric Research.
Stonewall Heritage Arts Centre
Stonewall, Manitoba. Located in the Scenic Stonewall Quarry Park, This 16,600 Square Foot Facility Houses an Impressive Auditorium, Live Performing Arts Stage and Practice Facility, Offices and a Museum that Highlights the Limestone Quarry and How it Helped Shape the Community.

300 Assinibone Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba. On the Banks of the Assiniboine River. 410,000 square foot, 28-Storey High Apartment Complex with 215 suites. Complete with Underground Parking and Lots of Amenities.
Salvation Army Multi-Family Cultural Centre
Winnipeg, Manitoba. This 15,120 Square Foot Facility is Being Built to Provide Essential Programs and Services that Respond to Social Needs and Enhance the Quality of Life for Multi-Cultural Communities Accross the Region. The New Centre Includes a Daycare, Offices, Gymnasium and Provides Employment Training and Prenatal and Parenting Support Groups.
