In the design phase we work together with the design team and examine the design as it progresses. We provide cost analysis and cost estimating services during the design process to effectively monitor project cost versus project budget. We offer options and alternatives to assist the design team in making informed decisions with respect to design to control project costs. We work closely with the team from the onset to ensure the project is designed to meet all of the owners requirements.

During the construction phase, we provide experienced project managers, safety coordinators and project superintendents to maintain complete control of the schedule, budget, safety and quality of the project.
